Gambling is meant to be entertainment. When it stops being enjoyable, the tools, resources and guidance on this page can help you stay in control — or step back when you need to.
At 75pkr, responsible gambling is not a clause buried in a terms document — it is an operating principle. We recognise that gambling carries real financial risk and that, for some people, what begins as entertainment can become a serious problem. Our commitment is to provide every Pakistani user and international player with the tools, information and access to support they need to keep gambling enjoyable and within their personal boundaries.
Whether you are following a Pakistan cricket match during the ICC Champions Trophy, tracking PSL T20 markets through the season, or playing live casino games from Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad or Rawalpindi — the rules of responsible play apply equally to every session, every bet and every user on the platform.
This page explains the responsible-gambling tools available on 75pkr, how to recognise warning signs of problem gambling, and where to seek help if gambling stops being fun. We also set out the platform's age-verification and access-control commitments. Please read this page carefully — and if anything resonates personally, act on it.
Legal Notice: Pakistan has gambling restrictions under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. Being aged 18+ does not automatically make online gambling lawful in Pakistan. Local laws may restrict participation. 75pkr does not provide legal advice. Users are responsible for understanding and complying with the laws applicable to them. This page does not constitute legal or medical advice.
Remember: All responsible-gambling tools — deposit limits, session limits, cooling-off and self-exclusion — are available free of charge and can be activated instantly through your Account settings or via the 24/7 live-chat support team.
Every one of these tools is available to all 75pkr users, free of charge, at any time. You do not need to be in crisis to use them — setting limits is a sign of smart, healthy gambling.
Set a daily, weekly or monthly cap on how much you can deposit into your account. Once a limit is active, it cannot be increased until a mandatory cooling-off window has passed — protecting you from in-the-moment decisions. Illustrative example: capping deposits at PKR 5,000 per week.
Define the maximum amount you are comfortable losing in a given period. When you reach that threshold, the platform will prevent further betting until the limit period resets. This tool is particularly useful during high-intensity events like PSL playoffs or ICC tournament finals.
Set a maximum duration for each gambling session. When your session time expires, you will receive a clear notification and the option to log out. Regular session limits help prevent "time blindness" — losing track of how long you have been playing.
Request a temporary break from gambling — ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks — without permanently closing your account. During a cooling-off period, you cannot deposit or place bets. This option is ideal if you feel your gambling frequency is increasing more than you are comfortable with.
Self-exclusion is a firm, binding step. Once activated, you will be locked out of your account for a minimum period of your choice — typically 6 months, 1 year, 5 years or permanently. During self-exclusion, marketing communications are suspended and access is completely blocked. Requests cannot be reversed during the active exclusion period.
Enable on-screen reality-check notifications that periodically display how long you have been playing and how much you have wagered or lost in the current session. Your full transaction history — including deposits, withdrawals and bet records — is always accessible from your Account dashboard.
The 75pkr platform is strictly for adults aged 18 years or over — or the higher minimum age required by the applicable operator or licence jurisdiction. Age verification is a mandatory component of the account registration and KYC process. We do not allow unverified accounts to deposit or place bets.
If you share a device with other family members — particularly children or teenagers — please take the following precautions:
Zero Tolerance for Underage Gambling: Any account found to be registered to or used by a person below the minimum age threshold will be permanently closed, all funds forfeited, and the matter referred to the appropriate authorities. This is a non-negotiable policy.
Navigate to your Account dashboard using your registered username and password. Ensure two-factor authentication is enabled for additional security.
Find the "Responsible Gambling" or "Safe Play" section within your Account settings. All limit tools and self-exclusion options are grouped here for easy access.
Choose the limit type (deposit, loss, session time), set the amount and duration, and confirm. Deposit and loss limit reductions take effect immediately. Increases are subject to a mandatory cooling-off window.
If you cannot find the settings or need to activate self-exclusion urgently, our 24/7 live-chat support team can action responsible-gambling requests immediately on your behalf.
Problem gambling does not always announce itself loudly. The following signs — individually or in combination — may suggest that gambling is becoming harmful. Recognising them early makes a significant difference.
Spending more money on gambling than you originally planned, and finding it difficult to stop once you have started a session.
Gambling to try to recover previous losses — commonly known as "chasing losses" — rather than for entertainment.
Neglecting work, studies, family responsibilities or social commitments in Karachi, Lahore or elsewhere because of time spent gambling.
Borrowing money, selling possessions or dipping into savings designated for essential expenses (rent, bills, food) to fund gambling.
Feeling restless, irritable or anxious when not gambling, or using gambling as a way to escape stress, depression or personal difficulties.
Hiding or lying about gambling activity — including amounts wagered, time spent on the platform, or wins and losses — from family or friends.
Needing to gamble with progressively larger amounts to feel the same level of excitement or "buzz" that smaller bets previously provided.
Feeling powerless or unable to stop gambling despite wanting to, or despite knowing it is causing harm to your finances or relationships.
If two or more of the above sound familiar, please consider using the responsible-gambling tools described on this page, and consider reaching out to a qualified support service. Seeking help early — before problems escalate — is the most effective approach. The self-assessment questions in the next section can help you think this through.
Read through the following questions and answer honestly — to yourself, no one else needs to see your answers. If you answer "yes" to three or more questions, we strongly encourage you to use the responsible-gambling tools on this platform and to seek independent support.
Have you ever spent more time or money gambling than you intended to when you started a session?
Have you ever felt the urge to bet more after a win, telling yourself you were "on a roll"?
Have you placed bets you could not afford to lose — using money needed for bills, food or other essential expenses?
Have you ever tried to win back money you had lost, making additional bets to "chase" a loss?
Have you felt irritable, anxious or low on days when you were unable to gamble?
Has gambling ever caused arguments, tension or concern among your family, friends or colleagues?
Have you kept the true extent of your gambling — time, money or frequency — a secret from someone close to you?
Have you ever considered or attempted to stop gambling but found yourself returning despite that intention?
Three or more "yes" answers? Please activate a cooling-off period or self-exclusion through your Account settings right away, and reach out to a qualified support resource. Acting now — before the situation worsens — is the most important step you can take.
Each tool works differently. Understanding what each one does — and does not — prevent helps you choose the right option for your situation.
Caps the total amount you can add to your account in a day, week or month. Reductions take effect immediately. Increases require a mandatory waiting period — usually 24–72 hours — to prevent impulsive decisions.
Stops betting when your net losses in a period reach your chosen threshold. Illustrative: set a PKR 10,000 weekly loss limit to ensure losses never exceed what you have budgeted for entertainment.
Sets a cap on the total amount you can stake in a given period, regardless of outcomes. Useful for limiting overall betting volume during high-volume events like PSL season or ICC tournaments.
Automatically logs you out or prompts a break after a set session duration. A realistic session limit — such as 60–90 minutes — helps prevent fatigue-driven decisions late in a session.
A temporary account suspension. Unlike self-exclusion, the account remains open but cannot be used. Duration options typically range from 24 hours to 6 weeks. Suitable for a planned break.
A binding, irrevocable decision to close yourself out of the platform for a significant period — minimum 6 months. Marketing is halted. The exclusion cannot be lifted during its active term. This is the most serious and protective tool available.
These principles are the foundation of responsible gambling at 75pkr. We ask every user to read and reflect on them before each session.
Treat gambling as an entertainment budget — like a cinema ticket or a meal out. Never gamble with money set aside for rent, bills, groceries or family needs.
Decide your budget and time limit before you open the platform — not during play, when emotions are elevated. Pre-committing to a limit is far more effective than trying to stop mid-session.
Losses are part of gambling. Attempting to "win back" money through additional bets almost always leads to larger losses. If you have hit your loss limit, stop — the next session is a fresh start.
Step away from the screen every hour. Long, uninterrupted sessions impair decision-making and increase financial risk. Use the session-time limit tool to enforce this automatically.
Using gambling to cope with stress, anxiety, family difficulties or financial pressure is a significant risk factor for problem gambling. If this resonates, please speak to a qualified counsellor.
The earlier you reach out — whether to our platform's support team or to an independent responsible-gambling resource — the more effective that support can be. There is no threshold of "bad enough" required to ask for help.
If gambling has become a problem — for you or someone you know — please reach out to qualified support. The resources below are available regardless of where you are in Pakistan or internationally.
