When creating an Account, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and any other information requested as part of the KYC verification process. Each individual User may hold only one Account at a time. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances, pending withdrawals and bonuses.
You are wholly responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share access to your Account with any other person. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication where available. Deposits made using methods that are subsequently reversed, charged back or found to be fraudulent will result in immediate account suspension and recovery action. Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also called rollover requirements). A wagering requirement represents the number of times the bonus amount — or in some cases the deposit plus bonus amount — must be wagered on qualifying games before a withdrawal can be made from any winnings generated using bonus funds. You may not copy, modify, distribute, display, reproduce, transmit, publish or otherwise exploit any Content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
The 75pkr name, logo and associated brand marks are the property of 75pkr. Unauthorised use of these marks in any context — including in advertising, social media profiles or third-party websites — is prohibited.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 75pkr, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the Platform, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability or any other legal theory.
Without limiting the foregoing, 75pkr is not liable for: (a) any loss of funds resulting from betting or gambling activity; (b) technical disruptions, service outages or data breaches beyond our reasonable control; (c) inaccuracies in third-party content or linked resources; (d) the acts or omissions of any payment service provider; or (e) any actions taken by a User in reliance on illustrative figures or examples presented on the Platform.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

Your continued use of the Platform after the stated effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms.
